Moving #ubuntustudio-* channels to #ubuntu-studio-* channels

+1 from me.

I don't see a downside if have #ubuntustudio forwarded to #ubuntu-studio.

We will also have to change our documentation and probably should email
users of the change as well.  But I would be happy to do this.
