I think moving the limits.conf adjustments may be possible, however I need to do some local testing to be 100% sure. Added to that, I would like to make sure we can leverage the ubuntustudio-controls ap to do it for us, instead of having a postinst manually dump it into the file.
Once ubuntustudio-controls can be used to do it during the post intallation stage of ubuntustudio-audio, and my testing is successful, then we will move it.
