Could you try to fix lintian errors mentioned in attached file?

About your PPA: you should use filename rsplib_2.7.7.orig.tar.gz for the
tarball and in debian/changelog version should be
2.7.7-0ubuntu1~natty1~ppa0 because when someone uses your PPA on natty
can't install package from official archive without reinstalling.

Bug description:
  The new upstream version 2.7.6 of rsplib has been released. I have
  created an up to date Ubuntu package in my PPA:
  https://launchpad.net/~dreibh/+archive/ppa . Version 2.7.6 is a bugfix
  release. The .diff.gz file is attached.
