Now looks better, but I still don't see changes from attached file
mentioned in debian/changelog.

Could you use script 'wrap-and-sort -a -v' from package ubuntu-dev-
tools?

Bug description:
  The new upstream version 2.7.6 of rsplib has been released. I have
  created an up to date Ubuntu package in my PPA:
  https://launchpad.net/~dreibh/+archive/ppa . Version 2.7.6 is a bugfix
  release. The .diff.gz file is attached.
