Hi Brexdon,
May I suggest an alternative to your last point "Personal Experience Sharing
(Koh Suhaw)" ?

In an earlier email to the mailing list, I had written:

"Instead of the usual we-talk-they-listen format, may I suggest that we turn
this portion around and put the question to the audience on what they want
to see the Ubuntu Community (UC) heading. The way I see it is that what the
UC does is pretty much dependent on what the people want. The UC is simply
a platform.

Turn this into a discussion."

You might want to replace your last point with: "You and the Ubuntu
Community"

The idea is to get the audience talking about what they want to see from
Ubuntu and the community. I volunteer to moderate this portion.

Have a great weekend!
