Yes , great idea John , we will probably have to mass email them
initially instead of subscribing them manually to the list. We will do
that once we get some idea about the room in SMU and what topic to talk
and so on. It will be a short and sweet invitation email. 

Sure , we will keep in touch with the student bodies. Thats one way we
can attract future members to our team.
