All of the bugs are under control, that is, either being worked upon
by someone, or incomplete, or simply needs more information.
Only one bug to note:

### https://pad.lv/1919468 - (New) [haproxy] - HAProxy 2.0.13 does
    not close connection even though "connection: close" is sent,
    leaves many connections in CLOSE-WAIT state for HEAD-method
    requests

We didn't try to reproduce this, but based on the information from
the reporter, it looks like a valid bug. Maybe Lucas Kanashiro would
want to take a look at this?
