That assumes that RHEL and Ubuntu Server are targeted at exactly the
same set of customers. That's certainly possible, but you'd have to talk
to people from both RH and Canonical to determine whether it's true or
not. (They may regard it as confidential and not want to to discuss it
though.)

It runs on 32-bit processors.

Requires extra libraries to run 32-bit software, and it may be less
efficient in use of RAM in some cases.
