libapache packages unmetdeps

Hello everybody,

Recently, Andrew Mitchell reported several unmet dependencies issues in
Launchpad (see [1]), some of them concerning libapache modules. They are
related to Apache 1.x removal earlier in Gutsy development cycle.

To have a better view of them, I collected them in a wiki page [2]
specifying source package, Ubuntu and Debian bug numbers and reverse
dependencies.

Since Gutsy release is approaching quickly, I would like to coordinate
with you to see if there is a way to fix these outstanding issues.
