I second that. We run mostly Trustix Secure Linux on our server but are
evaluating dapper
for our servers. I´d for one prefer a distrib where nothing is started by
default and I explicitly has
to turn it on. 

TSL doesn't even start sshd on install and only postfix is running on
localhost. I think running
postfix on localhost only is a good idea since most servers aren't
mailservers.
