dvd inherits from supported-common, which inherits from
supported-server, which inherits from supported-misc-servers; so
anything in supported-misc-servers is transitively in dvd. (One of
these days I must write a little tool to expand seed inheritance.)

That said; main isn't just about the media.

Indeed, that's been a strong preference since very early on in Ubuntu.

Hm. It would be an easy sell if the documentation were behind. It
doesn't seem so clear-cut when it's actually ahead and it's just that
nobody's got round to merging exim4 yet.
