Good morning Chris,
'Disks' is part of Lubuntu. I need not install it. I don't know about
the other flavours, and I don't know which flavour you are running.
The program gnome-disks comes with the package gnome-disk-utility, so I
think we are using the same tool, only different versions. Version
3.16.2 (with UDisks 2.1.6) comes with Lubuntu Wily beta 2.
