Hello! I assume you are talking about Intrepid? If so, those bugs can
and certainly should be filed in Launchpad, although it is useful to
mention that you are using Intrepid. See
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs if you need more
information, and make sure to check if someone has already filed the
same bug first by searching at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu, and
if so, just add any extra input you may have and subscribe to it.
If you are not talking about Intrepid, let us know what else you might
mean. And if you are talking about Intrepid, what might have suggested
that you shouldn't file bugs on Launchpad for it? Ubuntu definitely
relies on people like you filing bugs in Alpha and Beta versions to
ensure solid and stable releases.
