The right mailing list for reporting glitches?

Hi there fellow Ubunteros,

I'm wondering if this is the right mailing list to report "bugs" in 
testing (Alpha and Beta) versions of Ubuntu, which can't be reported 
using Launchpad.

For example: X.org (Intrepid Ibex Beta) won't even fire up on my Acer 
Aspire. It simply gives an error: "Hardware not found", meaning it can't 
detect the LCD screen. And there's much more I need to report.

If this is not the right spot to report such problems, please put me in 
the right direction ;-)
