Most definitely we'll have logs.

By short term I was meaning "What can the team accomplish in the next
6 months?" Having been around open-source and Ubuntu development for a
while, I know it's easy to get caught up in the big picture, grand
vision, of what we want to do, but in order to get there we need to
break things into bitesize, "what can we do now?" type of tasks. Both
long-term vision and short-term action are needed. One keeps you on
target, the other keeps you from being all-talk and no accomplishment.
