Quality applications like Deadbeef and Tweak are STILL not in there and
Clementine only recently got in, whereas Ohso's Volley Brawl was in at the
moment of its release. IIRC, there are also a number of outdated packages
which aren't maintained any more. I'm not doubting Volley Brawl's
qualification in any way whatsoever, but getting an application into the SC
remains too centralised a function.

Software center contains two kind of apps.
* Apps from the repo
* post release apps

Volley brawl was a post release app. Thw inclusion is handles by application
developer board

Ubuntu tweak will be in thw first category - apps from official repo and not
post release. It should be included in universe repo.

The process for this is that either the app has to be uploaded to debian and
then synced from there
OR
Get it included in ubuntu if it is ubuntu specific. It can clear ubuntu NEW
queue and can be uploaded by a MOTU.

The ubuntu tweak app has already been discussed on ubuntu devel list. The
reason it is not getting included is due to some untrusted repo thing
I am replying from mobile(gprs) so can't send the link, but this has been
the reason
