Public bug reported:
Steps to reproduce:
- Make a full backup of Firefox user data;
- rm -rf /home/<user_directory>/.mozilla;
- apt purge firefox;
- apt install firefox;
On first run, Firefox Says "The bookmarks and history system will not be
functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another
application. Some security software can cause this problem"
Trying to enter sync is not possible because Firefox says coookies are
disabled, despite it being enabled.
