[Bug 1065126]

They have not decided if this is a bug or not?  It worked fine for me in
TB 6x.x and TB 7x.x and now is broken in TB 91.0.  Thunderbird is not
honoring it's own setting.  How can this not be a bug?  This is a 13
year old bug.  My problem just started.  Something obviously changed in
TB 91.0.  Please fix this bug.  It is very annoying.
