[Bug 1485020] Re: firefox 40 shows a non-overrideable security error when talking to a captive portal

Try visiting about:config and temporarily toggle
security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_128_sha and security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_256_sha
to false-- that got me to a portal that was causing the same issue. Then
after you get online you can set them back to true.
