[Bug 1491211] Re: enigmail encrypts drafts by default

I found where to configure this now. Given that, I don't think this is a
bug.

To change, go to Enigmail - Preferences - Signing/Encryption options and
untoggle "Encrypt draft messages on saving".

       Status: New => Invalid
