It happens with me sometimes (since Lucid), then I need to do in
terminal:

modprobe -r rtl8192se
modprobe rtl8192se

Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8191SEvB Wireless
LAN Controller (rev 10)

Kernel molude:  rtl8192se
