[Bug 1018696] [NEW] Wi-fi Disconnecting & Not connecting back

Public bug reported:

Wifi Disconnecting.   Again not connecting back.   This problem persists
from Ubuntu version 11.10.   Only solution is restart.  I am user of
ubuntu for past 5 years.  Happy with progress.
