This isn't reproducible here, and you're the first person with this
issue so far. I notice that there are files in your Firefox profile that
are not owned by your user, and this is likely to cause strange issues
such as this.

This occurs as a result of running Firefox as a different user, and the
most common reason for this is running Firefox with sudo. Because of
this, I'm going to close this as likely user error. Please fix the
permissions in your Firefox profile and feel free to reopen this bug if
it still occurs after this, and if it occurs after you've tried with
addons disabled (as requested in the bug reporting guidelines -
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs)
