[Bug 1014887] [NEW] Unable to perform "Inspect Element" on page which reloads on resize

Not sure it's in automatically collected details, so here it is: http://pressa-online.com/IssueF.aspx?n=50316#1.
Try to perform "Inspect Element" for the banners on the right side. Page will immediately reloads and panels of page inspector will disappear. It doesn't work even from "Tools/Web Developer" menu. As soon as panel appears and page size changes it reloads and inspector disappears.
