[Bug 1014225] [NEW] no se abre mi mesenger

tengo una cuenta de hotmail.
puedo ver, enviar y recibir correctamente mi correo electronico
pero no se abre el xat de mi mesenger
durante todo el rato aparece la palabra "cargando"
desde otros ordenadores me funciona correctamente.
me podeis ayudar???
