That's because you have files that you can't write to in your profile,
because you don't own them (presumably they are owned by root, which is
normally a result of running firefox with sudo):

BrokenPermissions:
 cookies.sqlite-shm (0644, wrong owner)
 places.sqlite-shm (0644, wrong owner)

This problem is so common that I really think it's time for us to just
make Firefox abort if it is executed as the root user
