[Bug 1011216] [NEW] can't open a link in a new tab when right clicking on it

When right clicking a link that I want to open in a new tab only opens a
blank new tab with no content. This is very frustrating because I have
to go back, click on the link to open in the curent window then copy and
paste to the blank new tab.
