In Firefox 13, one of new features is quicker access to bookmarks, history, settings, and more. But in Ubuntu custom, we can't have this quick access.

We can find the normal start page if we write about:home in url bar (see screenshot)
The custom start page could be found if we write about:startpage in url bar (see screenshot)

Expected: Add the quick access in about:startpage (see the expected
