[Bug 228988] Re: Firefox can display a page with the wrong encoding

I haven't edited this bug title nor its description. The CoC (code of
conduct) notice was about your comments 11,18, 20, 26,27,29, 30 and now
33. So, back to comment 32; can you reproduce this bug in lucid or
maverick? Do you have any other urls to test as your example url doesn't
provide valid html at all (26 errors and 6 warnings!), it's certain that
firefox has to be creative to render that page correctly and obviously
fails. This bug is marked incomplete because the requested information
hasn't been provided.
