[Bug 621883] Re: installation of thunderbird 3.1.2 end up in white screen

As I already wrote,
I used this ppa-Repository from this mentioned Launchpad-page. But in the  
meantime, I think, that there are no packages for x86_6systems or are  
there??

I did all these steps as written according to the given instructions there.
For finding out anything, I also tried to start thunderbird from the  
terminal for seeing, if there would be any output. But: nothing!!!
And thunderbird only starts as this white screen in the enclosed  
screenshot. I can try this again and see, what this command will give me.
