Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

Using Wine 1.2 and Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid) Trying to install ispq9.msi by
using msiexec /i ispq9.msi as user from a terminal. The installer never
opens and the output from the terminal was emailed to users at winehq, who
suggested I file a bug. The file installs iSpQ a video conferencing
program from NanoCorp. Thanks.
