Hello ubu-for,

Thank you for the bug report, I can confirm this report I have tested it
with 1.5.0.10 in Feisty and cannot install any further dictionaries in
any method I try. To me this consists of a fairly substantial loss of
feature for a large portion of the users, thus marking it as a high
priority.

I am going to leave it to Alexander to decide it further.
