[Bug 103003] (Feisty) Can't install further dictionaries with the Thunderbird build-in link

I've tried to install further dictionaries with the Thunderbird build-in
link from the preferences. The build-in link starts Firefox and opens
the following homepage.

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird/dictionaries.html
http://downloads.mozdev.org/dictionaries/spell-de-DE.xpi

But Thunderbird does not recognize the successful installation and I
can't choose the new dictionary in the preferences.

I use a fresh installation of Feisty Beta (32-bit).
