I'm not a MOTU so I can help you just to solve the lintian issues, but
not to upload the package.

lintian complains about two things:

E: cadabra_0.139-1_source.changes: bad-distribution-in-changes-file
hardy

This is because you used the version postfix "-1" which is associated to
Debian. Then, lintian expects you to put "unstable" as distribution (or
"stable",etc..). I think you can also use "-0ubuntu1" and then use the
"hardy" distribution (or "intrepid", etc...).

W: cadabra source: maintainer-script-lacks-debhelper-token debian/postrm
W: cadabra source: maintainer-script-lacks-debhelper-token
debian/postinst

These two errors are easily fixed by adding a new line with:
#DEBHELPER#

to each of the scripts.
