WinFF and Lazarus

Hello masters,

[Please also reply to my private mail address, I am off-list.]

One month ago I wrote here [1] about a package that I am making for
Debian and Ubuntu. The package is called winff, which is a GUI for
ffmpeg, which in turn is a program to convert audio/video to other
formats. It is written in Free Pascal (Lazarus).

The package looks all right (I think), but I am already waiting for a
month for someone from Debian to look/comment at the package, which is
available at [2]. Because it takes so long I am also trying to create a
Ubuntu package (so without waiting for it to appear in Debian), but I'm
having a problem in intrepid which I did not have while compiling in
unstable.

The code used to compile is the same. Nevertheless it compiles with
unstable and I get the following error messages with intrepid [3].

Anybody any idea? I am asking this because apart from maybe speeding up
the process for Ubuntu, I also want a small change in one of the config
files (presets.xml) for Ubuntu, because ffmpeg in Ubuntu is different
from Debian.

With kind regards,
Paul
