MOTU WikiPages reorganization

Hi fellow MOTUs,

I have kept working on the WikiPages for MOTU documentation a bit, and
have come to a point where I think things are quite organized... :)

The Wiki Documentation for the MOTU ( CategoryMOTU pages) can now be
found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/Documentation.

I hope you enjoy this new organization and it can help keeping our doc
organized and up-to-date.
