I made a first pass at turning these IRC logs into a more structured 
Wiki page, at

  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/School/InterpretingApportRetraces

(note the spelling correction: your Wiki page name has "Intrepreting", 
mine uses "Interpreting").

I've not linked to this from elsewhere on the Wiki, not sure exactly 
where to link to it from... suggestions welcomed.
