Getting a Debian package into Gutsy

the process is straight-forward: you file a bug on Ubuntu saying that
the package should be synced from Debian and subscribe
ubuntu-universe-sponsors. Once somebody of the team has acknowledged the
request, they'll subscribe ubuntu-archive and somebody of the archive
admins will get it done.
