ubuntu-tam site do have a user log-in interface. But it cannot be used
effectively. It has to be more of a Static Page with updates done during new
releases etc.,

rather the wiki page link, which you can find on the top left corner can be
used,  as days progress. It too have user Login interface. Soon you can find
a way wherein you will have user-id password to log in to both. :-) So wait
for that also...

And am in process process process :-( of getting a forum.... on
accomplishment of which we will have a mechanism in place.
