hi all,
the basic tool that is used for this translation comes with the KDE. i may
not have ubuntu or anyother flavor of linux in my office. (but only
windows???!!!!). plz send an  alternative
 to this kind of situations and people. can we use that tool on the windows?
or anyother alternative software/tool for no linux platform users? if so,
then can we configure the CVS?? from windows?
