[ubuntu-jp:2614] ISOファイルを作成できないDVDがあります

みなさんこんにちは。坂本と申します。

いま、手持ちのDVD（映像）メディアをISOデータにする作業をしています。3Dモ
デルで映像を作成していて、その参考にするために、手軽に映像を再生できる環
境を整えるためです。

手持ちのDVDのうち、市場に流通しているものは「catコマンド＋デバイスファイ
ル＋ファイルへのリダイレクション」でisoファイルを作成できました。ソフト
ウェアでの再生も問題ありません。

しかし、PanasonicのDMR-XP12というDVDレコーダでTV番組を録画して作成した
DVDのみ、isoファイルがうまく作成できません。先のcatリダイレクションでiso
ファイルは作成出来ますが、ソフトウェアで再生すると、読み込みできなかった
り（totem）、真っ黒だったり（vlc）します。

そもそもこのDVDはマウントすらできません。マウントの際、以下のエラーが表
示されます。

In some cases useful info is found syslog - try dmesg | tail or so

以下は「dmesg | tail」の結果です。

対策をご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、ご教授をよろしくお願いします。
