Operator team meeting today at 18:00UTC

Hi all,

our next team meeting is today at 18:00UTC in the #ubuntu-meeting 
channel, that is about 7 hours from now. I would like to re-emphasise 
that this isn't just an IRC Council meeting, it is a team meeting for 
all the operators and anyone else who has an interest in the IRC 
channels and how they are managed.

lot more full than previous meetings. One topic will be the review of 
factoids and how we use them, feel free to add comments in advance to 
http://pad.ubuntu.com/factoids we will be going through them in the 
meeting and making changes as appropriate as we go along.
