IRC operators and Launchpad teams

Sorry if you receive this message more than once.

Ubuntu IRC Operators have now been added to Launchpad teams.
memberships will expire in 30 days if not renewed.
Please see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IRC/IrcTeam/OperatorRequirements
for the operator requirements.

If you are no longer active or you feel you cannot uphold the
requirements, please do not renew your membership to the team(s).
