Valid point, but that's not the point ;) The point is that the actual
removing someone from the channel is quieter, so less likely to generate
a ruckus. An op-ban-deop looks a lot worse, IMO.

What this system would need (I sent this before to Mez and Seveas):
- - ubotu access 8 in -offtopic
- - voice anyone on join, unless blacklisted, by hostmask
- - blacklist foo on 'Chanserv removes voice from foo'
- - remove foo from blacklist on 'Chanserv gives voice to foo'
4 very simple steps, I'd say.
