Hello Easwar,

Yeah, may be I misinterpreted his query. And about the key servers, when
I was trying to add a key I was getting blocked by my firewall because
of the unusual port 11371. So, someone suggested me to use the web
interface to add the key. I guess this is what pgp.mit.edu and
keyserver.pgp.com provide, submission through http/https protocol. If
you open http://keyserver.ubuntu.com, you will just see "it works" where
as keys are supposed to be added here  http://keyserver.ubuntu.com:11371.

I am sorry if I missed the point but I thought it was a similar protocol
issue that I had.
