I have the tx1302au which has the Broadcom 4312 rev 2 chip. The Linux
b43 Wireless page says the rev 2 is supported with a patch for 2.6.24
and
b43/b43-fwcutter did not work for me, so had to resort to ndiswrapper
and some extra lines in rc.local again on Ubuntu Hardy 64-bit. So I
guess Intrepid will
produce better results I hope - Fedora 9 (and maybe openSUSE 11) has
kernel .25 so I think that might work better for now.

OT:

What model do you have and what is the wifi chip you have? Did you by
any chance get the touchscreen to work? I had it working with the
previous release but
could not yet get it to work following this page:

The link to the driver is broken, so visited the
main page www.eeti.com.tw and went to the support section for the linux drivers.

There is also the "fprint" project to get your fingerprint reader to
work, but last I tried (few months ago) it would not get clear
fingerprints.
