[ubuntu-in] Having linux stuff on syllabus

I recently read an article about china being too much concentrating on linux
education one such is in "http://www.linux.com/feature/144852".
At that time i thought why cant we approach universities (in karnataka like
VTU, BU  and i dont know in other states) to have courses on Open source,
Linux, and many more, I am very sure most of us know what these universities
teach.
If it is already under progress please ignore this, I am unaware.
