Well meetings are encouraged to keep the team running but clearly
nobody is going to these meetings so
A) change the date to the weekend which is where we started before
b) try and encourage people to come along
c) find out why people don't want to take part in the community?
I'm currently interested in the latter

Is the monthly meeting really required? If I recall from the
previous meeting's agenda, there were no items of significance.

I would suggest that irc meetings are held as required, or failing
that we have discussions using the mailing list on a per event basis.
This would help achieve more traffic on the mailing list and it would
mean no more late dinners because we have an irc meeting in the
evening! :)
