Greetings Security Team,
As some of you may already know, the Community Team is working on improving
our community documentation offerings. A major component of this initiative
is the migration of documentation from the community wiki to the Ubuntu
Discourse.
At this time we're asking each of our Ubuntu Teams
<https://ubuntu.com/community/governance/teams> to begin moving their
content over to Discourse. We understand that some teams have a lot of
content on the wiki, so we don't expect everything to be moved immediately.
However, we do ask that at least a top level introduction page be created
by the end of February.
Here's how to get started:
1) Please create a new topic in the Community Discourse
<https://discourse.ubuntu.com/c/documentation/community/14> for your
respective group.
2) Copy your team information. We've created a simple template
<https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/community-council-team-board-template/33251> to
follow that includes what we believe is the essential information our
community should be aware of.
3) Post your topic. We will perform a quick review and link it to the new
documentation frontend.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out
via email or on the #ubuntu-community-team IRC channel.
Thank you,
