Hello.
Since upstream support for the Virtualbox 4.1. release, which is available
in Precise (ver. 4.1.44-dfsg-1+deb7u1ubuntu1), has ended and there is no
information which would allow backports of security fixes, so security
support (e.g. in Wheezy) is ended. Debian suggests to update to "Jessie"
version (4.3.36-dfsg-1+deb8u1). Maybe it is a good idea to backport
5.0.14-dfsg-1 version (available in Testing)?
I would like to ask what will happen now with Virtualbox in "Precise"
release? More information:
https://www.debian.org/security/2016/dsa-3454
Thanks, best regards.
